The Department of Environmental Protection published notices changing policies related to drinking water systems and air quality control technology.

Final: DEP ID: 383-3301-205. Laboratory Reporting Instructions for Radiological Contaminants in Drinking Water Systems. This guidance provides instructions to all community public water systems and certified laboratories for the reporting of drinking water radiological monitoring results for gross alpha, radium 226, radium 228, uranium, gross beta, tritium, strontium-90, and iodine-131, as required by the Federal Radionuclides Rule and as implemented in 25 Pa. Code Chapter 109 (relating to safe drinking water) Regulations.

Rescind: DEP ID: 275-2101-007. Best Available Technology and Other Permitting Criteria (Section 7.2: Best Available Technology--Boilers). 25 Pa. Code Chapter 127 requires that all new sources shall control emissions to the maximum extent, consistent with the Best Available Technology (BAT), as determined by the Department at the time of the issuance of the plan approval.
